The scope for this environmentally sustainable project involved an extensive interior remodel and exterior renovation to an existing (3,800 s.f.) golf course residence. 

The remodel was strategically developed to take advantage of the spectacular views.  This open concept floor plan visually connects multiple rooms to each other, creating a seamless flow through the formal living, kitchen, family room and outdoor space.

Sustainable exterior materials render reduced maintenance expenses and optimize energy efficiency.  Photovoltaic panels generate all the home’s electricity, sending surplus energy back to the grid.
